License (EULA)
This license is an agreement between you and Synonyms Solutions, Israel, the maker of KeepRhythm. By installing or using the KeepRhythm app or workbooks, you agree to it. It is a short form of our full terms and conditions, which also apply. If you do not agree, do not install or use KeepRhythm.
License, not sale
Your purchase gives one person a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install the KeepRhythm app on computers that you own or control, and to use the KeepRhythm workbooks for your personal use and the internal use of your own business. The software, workbooks, designs, names and logos remain the property of Synonyms Solutions. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You may
- Make backup copies for yourself.
- Print workbook pages for your own use.
- Share screenshots of your own progress.
You may not
- Copy, share or distribute the app, installers, workbooks, download links or license keys.
- Upload them to file-sharing, template or marketplace sites.
- Sell, resell, sublicense, rent, lend or give them away.
- Rebrand them, or sell or share derivative works, including modified workbooks or copies using their structure, formulas or layouts.
- Remove copyright, license or brand notices.
- Reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
Your data
The app stores your data only on your computer and does not send it anywhere. You are responsible for your own backups. See the privacy policy.
Updates
We may release updates, but we do not promise lifetime updates or support for a specific period.
Warranty and liability
If the app does not install or run as described on a supported system, the refund policy explains how we help. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, KeepRhythm is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in this license limits rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country.
Ending the license
This license ends automatically if you break it or if your payment is refunded or charged back. You must then delete all copies.
Law
This license is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel have jurisdiction, without taking away the protection of the consumer laws of the country where you live.
