Refund policy
This policy applies to every purchase of KeepRhythm (the app with the workbooks included, and the workbooks on their own). It is part of our terms and conditions. Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record.
In short
- All sales are final: no refunds, exchanges or credits once your order is complete.
- We help when something is really wrong: a double charge, a download you never received, or an app that does not install or run as described on a supported system.
- Write to [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase.
- Nothing here limits the rights the consumer law of your country gives you.
All sales are final
KeepRhythm is a digital product. Your download links and license key are delivered immediately after payment, and a digital file cannot be "returned": once it has been downloaded, a copy stays with you.
Your payment also helps run the KeepRhythm community: template sharing, the suggestion board, hosting, and the ongoing improvements that come out of it.
For these reasons we do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit once your order is complete, including when you change your mind, no longer need the app, or bought it by mistake.
Before you buy
Please check the system requirements first:
- Windows: Windows 10 or 11, on x64 (Intel or AMD) or ARM64.
- macOS: a Mac with Apple Silicon or Intel. One installer covers both.
- Workbooks: Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
You are welcome to ask us anything before buying via app help.
The workbooks
The KeepRhythm workbooks come free with the app as a gift. They are not sold as part of the app price and are not refunded separately. If you bought the workbooks on their own, this policy applies to them in the same way as to the app.
When we will help
Contact us at [email protected] or through orders and billing within 30 days of your purchase if:
- You were charged twice for the same product. We refund the duplicate charge.
- You were charged but did not receive your download or license key, and we cannot deliver it to you.
- The app does not install or run as described on a supported system (see above), and we cannot fix it.
In each case we will first try to fix the problem or send you a working download. If neither is possible, we will refund your purchase. Please include your order number and, for technical problems, your operating system and the message you see, so we can help quickly.
Lost your order email? You do not need to buy again: use lost download or key and we will send your links again.
Your rights under consumer law
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection law of the country where you live. Many countries require a seller to repair, replace or refund digital products that do not work as described; where such a right applies to you, you keep it.
Customers in Israel
Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations, the right to cancel a distance sale does not apply to information products, including software, that can be recorded, copied or reproduced once delivered. KeepRhythm and its workbooks are such products, so the general cancellation right does not apply to them once your download is made available. Your right to a remedy for a defective product or a product that does not match its description is not affected.
Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom
You normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, that right ends once delivery has started, if you asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose the right.
At checkout, before paying, you are asked to confirm:
I want immediate access to my KeepRhythm download. I expressly agree that it is made available right after payment, and I acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is available.
By completing your purchase you gave that express consent and acknowledgement, and your download was made available straight away. Your right of withdrawal therefore ended when your download became available. Your statutory rights if the product is faulty or not as described are not affected.
Payments and chargebacks
Lemon Squeezy sells KeepRhythm to you as reseller and merchant of record. It processes your payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, issues your receipt and handles payment disputes. Its own buyer terms apply alongside this policy, and it may in rare cases issue a refund at its own discretion, for example to prevent fraud.
If you see a charge you do not recognise or think is wrong, please contact us at [email protected] before opening a dispute with your bank. We can usually sort it out faster. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the license for that purchase ends (see the license).
